How to enable Hubert's Lever integration
Recruiters can utilize the Hubert integration to seamlessly send Hubert AI Interviews to candidates through Lever. The integration between Hubert and Lever ensures a smooth and secure experience, allowing users to easily connect and grant access to Lever within the Hubert App.
To activate this integration, navigate to the Settings page within the Hubert App at app.hubert.ai.
To enable the integration you must be a Lever Super Admin to grant all required permissions.
Steps
1. Go to the "Settings" section in the Hubert App.
2. Click "Integrations"
3. Toggle the switch to activate the integration.
A popup will appear, directing you to log in to your Lever account for seamless integration.
After logging in, the popup will guide you to the Authorization/Consent page, where you can view all the permissions that Hubert.ai needs to integrate with Lever. Simply click on "Accept" to grant access. If you want more details on how these permissions are utilized, please refer to the Appendix for further information.
4. After a successful connection, the popup will close, and you will see the Lever integration enabled on the Settings page of the Hubert App.
To ensure that Hubert AI Interviews are successfully sent to candidates, it is important to verify that the required webhooks for the integration are enabled in Lever. Webhooks are a key feature in Lever that allows the Hubert.ai integration to be notified when it is time to send out the interviews. Without enabling these webhooks, candidates will not receive their Hubert AI Interviews.
5. Access the "Settings" page within your Lever account.
6. Click "Integrations and API"
7. Click "Webhooks"
8. Hubert has included a Webhook (URL may vary) under the "Application created" event to alert and send notifications when a new application is received, enabling the seamless delivery of Hubert AI Interviews to candidates.
9. Make sure to set up the Webhook for the "Candidate stage change" event as well, as this will allow Hubert AI Interviews to be sent to candidates who have been added manually or through referrals.
10. Ensure to switch on the "Application created" event toggle. If this toggle is turned off, Hubert will not receive notifications, and interviews will not be sent to candidates.
11. Ensure the toggle for the "Candidate stage change" event is turned on as well.
