Hubert currently supports chat interviews only. If you can’t take the chat interview for medical reasons, please contact the hiring company directly.

Some interviews let you choose language at the start. If that option is missing, understanding the interview language is likely a requirement for the role. If you’re unsure, contact the recruiter.

No. As long as your answer is clear and relevant, short replies are fine.

Yes. When you’re logged in to My Hubert, you can reuse answers for similar roles where it makes sense.

Yes. Recruiters review your answers together with Hubert’s assessment before deciding on next steps.

Your answers and Hubert’s advisory assessment are sent to the recruiter’s system. They decide the next step, such as a call, test, or interview.

Please contact the company where you applied. They manage the full recruitment process.

Hubert doesn’t access information like age, gender, ethnicity, religion or appearance. Assessments are consistent and trained using input from diverse experts.

Ask the hiring company directly. Hubert cannot change the interview format on its own.

No. Hubert is an AI-based interviewing and analysis system that supports recruiters.

No. Just like in a live interview, you can’t edit answers once they are submitted.

Read each question, follow the instructions, be honest, and use specific examples from your experience.

Reach out directly to the companies and roles you’re interested in. Hubert cannot offer jobs on its own.

Recruiters use both Hubert’s assessment and their own judgment. If you haven’t heard anything, contact the hiring company for an update. You can also check My Hubert for feedback and suggested roles.

Many roles have strong competition and several qualified candidates. You can ask the company for feedback and explore other roles and insights in My Hubert.

Usually 10–25 minutes, depending on how many questions the recruiter set up. You don’t have to rush — you can take a break and continue later.
